During the progress of reorganization and the restructuring of cement industry in southwestern region, China National Building Materials Group Corporation (referring to CNBM below) won another fight. After the successful reorganization of many cement companies in Yunnan and Guizhou, on November 1, CNBM concluded a reorganization agreement with Lisen Group, the leading cement enterprise in Sichuan Province. Developing business in Sichuan is a key step for CNBM to integrate the cement market in southwestern region, which makes CNBM again a leader in the dramatic adjustment and change of cement industry.

Song Zhiping, President of CNBM Group and Chairman of Boards of Directors of CNBM, directors Jiang Junlu, Wang Zhenhou, Guo Jiantang, and Zhuang Laiyou of CNBM Group, Cao Janglin, Director of CNMB Group and Chief Executive of CNBM, Yuan Kelan, Section chief of the Dept. of Industrial Policy of Industry and Informatization Ministry, Chen Guoqing, Vice Chairman of China Building Materials Association, Meng Xianjiang, Editor in Chief of China Building Materials Newspaper office, Qin Chunyu, proprietor of China Building Materials periodical office, Guo Chaomin, Vice General Manager of CNBM Group, Guang Zhaoyu, Secretary of CNBM’s Board Of Directors, Wang Zhiliang, President of Lisen Group, and Chen Jianguo, Vice President of Lisen Group, et al.. attend the signing ceremony. Cao Jianglin and Wang Zhiliang signed the Reorganization Agreement on behalf of each party. The signing ceremony was presided by Chang Zhangli, Vice Chief Executive of CNBM and Secretary of Board of Directors.
