In accordance with the Notice Concerning Promoting the Safety Inspection and Making Good Performance in Safety Work in the Fourth Quarter From the State Council and Notice Concerning Promoting the Safety Inspection of Central Enterprises and Making Good Performance in Safety Work in the Fourth Quarter from the State Council the State-owned Assets Management Oversight Committee, Song Zhiping,,President of CNBM group, led a team to CUCC of Zaozhuang in Shandong to inspect the safety work and gave significant instructions on November 5.

During the inspection, Song Zhiping fully affirmed the achievements made by CUCC in safety work this year and also stated that the fourth quarter is a period with heavy tasks in producing and operating and also with high work safety accident rate. Therefore the chief executive officers of each entity should enhance the sense of urgency and the sense of responsibility for safety work and make a good performance in safety work through intensifying the organization and taking aimed measures on the basis of the actual conditions of producing and operating. The companies of all levels should put the zero percent injury and death accident rate into the index of KPI assessment and stick with it. The winter safety inspection should be promoted and developed in an innovative way to intensify special campaigns for safety in key fields. The establishment of safety work standardization should be seriously organized and carried out for the purpose of improving the level of enterprises’ intrinsic safety.

The responsible persons accompanied during the inspection including Hao Zhenhua, Vce Party Secretary and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of CNBM, Guang Zhaoyu, Secretary of Board of Directors and General Manager Assistant, Cui Xingtai, Deputy Chairman of CNBM and President of CUCC, Zhang Jindong, General Manager of CUCC and responsible persons from Shandong Operation and Management Area of CUCC.
