At 15:00 May 10^th(Baku time), the last barrel erection and placement marks the successful completion of rotary kiln erection for QIZILDAS cement clinker production line with daily capacity standing at 5000t, wherein China Triumph International Engineering Co., Ltd (CTIEC) is EPC contractor of the project, while engineering, procurement and technical service are undertaken by Beijing Triumph Building Materials Engineering Co., Ltd. (Beijing Triumph).

The project rotary kiln barrel erection commenced on 6^thMay, CTIEC Project Department in Azerbaijan and Equipment Installation Company meticulously organizes the erection to ensure the erection to proceed in tense and orderly manner. The colossus is 72m in length, thus it is divided into five sections during erection. There are two days of gale and overcast and rainy days bringing huge trouble to the erection though. However, the Project Department and Installation Company plan and arrange ahead in deliberate fashion, which ensures the erection to be completed in orderly, safe and controllable manner with top quality.

The project is one of critical infrastructures for Azerbaijan in recent years, thus Azerbaijan government attaches great importance and offers continuous support to the project. When the cement production line is in shape, it will become the largest line in terms of scale with top equipment level in Caucasus region. The owner went for international tender to ensure project construction to maintain top level, wherein CTIEC is chosen as EPC contractor among numerous bidders. The owner management team is employed from Turkey, who is skillful and well-experienced in terms of cement engineering and project management. Meanwhile, there are four world leading cement consulting and supervisory companies who are there to ensure the construction to be in vigorous and full compliance with European construction standard.
