On April 23, 2013, the 2013 Working Meeting of Overseas Subsidiaries of China Jushi Group Co., Ltd. was grandly held in Inspirock Hotel. Zhang Yuqiang, the Chairman and President of Jushi Group and principals of various overseas subsidiaries gave their advices and suggestions on the development of Jushi Group. The meeting reviewed and summarized the achievements and deficiencies in the previous year and the measures to be taken to realize the budget goal of this year were discussed jointly.

Ten overseas subsidiaries including Jushi America, Jushi Korea and two authorized dealers including Umeco and Helm AG gave reports about the completion of budget in 2012, market analysis and forecast, working plan in 2013 etc. Meanwhile, the assessment results of various overseas subsidiaries in 2012 were announced and Zhang Yuqiang awarded for the excellent general managers of overseas subsidiaries.

On April 24, 2013, all participants carried out a brainstorming around the theme of this meeting to offer advices and suggestions.

In the end of the meeting, Zhang Yuqiang conducted a concluding remark, fully affirming the achievements in the aspect of management about implementing the working requirements of the headquarters by each subsidiary and also pointing out the deficiencies of overseas subsidiaries. Besides, he made relevant requests in 2013 to each overseas subsidiary.
