On November 3, Song Zhiping, CNBM President welcomed a delegation led by Mr. Lother, CEO of AGN International. The parties discussed the collaboration in PC industry technical exchange; cooperation promoted by the Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and German Chancellor Merkel and the establishment of technical collaboration platform.

Song Zhiping first extended a warm welcome to the guests. He pointed out that the technical cooperation, jointly raised by the Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and German Chancellor Merkel, was of great significance and should be paid great attention to. Song was positive on the cooperation in the pre-fab housing technology and PC industry R&D. He noted that in recent years, while promoting structural adjustment, transformation and upgrading in the field of traditional building materials, CNBM actively implemented the "three new" strategy, that is, new building materials, pre-fab housing and new energy materials. AGN held the principle of "energy plus" concept and increased the use of solar energy, wind and rain with the special architectural form to construct energy saving and environment-friendly houses, enabling the houses to create more energy than those were consumed. With highly consistent development concepts, he hoped that both sides would work together and dedicating to promoting the "energy plus" concept.

Song also pointed out that the establishment of Sino-German New Green Building Design Research Institute with AGN and Tianjin University Research Institute of Architecture Design and Urban Planning was of great significance to achieve leapfrog development of PC industry, which will speed up the development of domestic and international green building energy saving technology. CNBM would further strengthen the construction of PC industry base, providing technical support for the development of pre-fab housing. At present, China's pre-fab housing, CNBM’s important platform to achieve the “three new” strategy, was actively building a nationwide PC service base, which would lay a solid foundation for promoting green building energy saving development.

During the visit, Lother also visited CNBM Bengbu Glass Industry Design and Research Institute, the residential industrial PC technology production base, and CNBC sanatoria industry project in Qihe, Shandong.
