Central Asia Supervision Company of Hefei Institute Successfully Signs the Supervision Contract for a Cement Line of Tajikistan

On March 28, Central Asia Supervision Company of Hefei Institute signed the supervision contract for the “3,200t/d Cement Line of Tajikistan-Sinoma International Moyle Cement Co., Ltd.” with Tajikistan-Sinoma International Moyle Cement Co., Ltd.

Located in St. Dahannah, Dahannah Dist., Stanyavan, Tajikistan, the project refers to a 3,200t/d clinker cement line. The supervision targets civil construction, electromechanical equipment installation and equipment debugging within the scope of construction of the cement plant. At present, work visa application and preparations for mobilization are being made for the first batch of staffs of the supervision organization.

Central Asia Supervision Company of Hefei Institute contacted the China’s cement investor and manager of the project at the beginning of January 2015, and got involved in the bid negotiation of the project upon invitation. Depending on Hefei Institute’s strong comprehensive strength, reasonable commercial quotation and performance of overseas supervision as well as the company’s high-quality supervision service, Central Asia Supervision Company of Hefei Institute was established as the supervision organization on March 10 after passing the links of qualification assessment, introductory reply, business negotiation and survey on performance of overseas supervision.

The signing of the contract is a result of proactively implementing the national strategy “Belt and Road” by Hefei Institute, as well as a new achievement made by Central Asia Supervision Company of Hefei Institute in proactively capturing overseas cement project supervision markets in the context of sharp decrease in domestic cement projects.
