Ambassadors of Caribbean Region Visit BNBM

On the afternoon of April 9, the ambassadors of 7 countries of Caribbean region (Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Grenada, Jamaica, Bahamas and Surinam) visited BNBM National Housing Industrialization Base. Wei Feng (GM Assistant of CNBM, GM of International Cooperation Department of CNBM), Liu Guiping (Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy GM of BNBM) and Yu Xianfeng (Deputy GM of BNBM) accompanied and held talks with the visitors.

During the talks, Wei Feng expressed welcome to the visitors, and introduced CNBM’s business profile. As he said, the group is highly willing to make contributions to pushing joint development and win-win cooperation with Caribbean region by taking the opportunity of new-type housing through multiple channels. The leaders of BNBM introduced development of the new-type housing business in detail. Subsequently, the ambassadors visited model houses in the base and the new countryside demonstration project in Shicheng Town to personally experience excellent performance and livability of houses built by BNBM. They highly praised the low-carbon energy-saving environment-friendly houses, and discussed in depth and gave useful suggestions on developing the markets in Caribbean region by BNBM. Furthermore, His Excellency Dabydeen, the head of the ambassador team and the ambassador of Guyana, invited the group to get involved in subsequent activities of the ambassador team, and suggested that the two parties should discuss the possibility of cooperation in multiple fields (new energy, new materials, etc.) in depth.
