CTIEC Signs Two General Contracts of Glass Projects

On April 11, at the opening of 27thChina International Glass Industrial Technical Exhibition in Shanghai, CITEC made an auspicious start by achieving a float glass production line with its daily melting quantity as 250 tons for Egypt Cairo Glass Corporation, accomplishing the general contract project of rolled glass production line cold repair and modification engineering, and holding a grand signing ceremony for providing Indonesia Pt.Maleka corporation with the general contract project of float glass production line with a daily melting capacity of 500 tons. Peng Shou, chairman and president of CTIEC, signed two general contracts of over hundreds of millions of dollars with Mr Esmat, president of Egypt Cairo Glass Corporation, and Mr Wajija, general manager of Indonesia Pt.Maleka Corporation.

Egypt and Indonesia both are key countries along the "The Belt and Road Initiative". Thus the two newly signed general contracts laid a solid foundation for CTIEC to further expand the market of countries along the "The Belt and Road Initiative".

Ge Chengquan, vice-president and chief engineer of CTIEC, He Wen, assistant president and minister of International Business Department, and Zhao Wenke, chief engineer of International Business Department, all attended the signing ceremony.
